Important Information

1. The repository of the University of Zielona Góra Library is registered (since 2006) in OpenDOAR (the global database providing open access to repositories of academic resources), created and administered by The Joint Information Systems Commitee (Jisc)/Sherpa.
2. In the event of closing The Yearbook, all articles (published in its pages) will remain available in the aforementioned repository, as well as in full-text databases collecting the content of "Filologia Polska".
3. Each scientific article receives a unique DOI number, as do individual issues of the journal. DOIs prefix provider for the yearbook (10.34768) – DataCite.org (up to 2023), since the end of 2023 – Crossref with another and current prefix: 10.61827, assigned to periodicals of Zielona Góra University Institute of Polish Philology.
4. The printed version of the journal is its basic form (although its online form is the same).
5. Copies of each issue of The Yearbook are sent to the largest and most reputable libraries in Poland (obligatory).
6. The published issues of The Yearbook (both in the printed and on-line versions) contain only the final wording of the texts (hence, cross-references are not used).
7. The Yearbook issues are prepared for publication (and printed) in cooperation with The Publishing House of the University of Zielona Góra.
8. Members of the Scientific Council, Secretariat, and Editorial Team of the Yearbook do not receive any fees for work on the journal. It is a non-profit activity.
9. The Yearbook was entered into the register of newspapers and magazines by the District Court in Zielona Góra, 1st Civil Division, on December 11th, 2014  (file reference number I Ns-Rej. Pr 40/14 Rej. 466).
10. The ISSN identifier of The Yearbook (2450-3584) was registered by The National Library of Poland in 2015 and the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) International Centre (according to the ISSN international network and Polish standards PN-N-01152-2; PN-ISO 3297) in the abbreviated version, i.e., without the subtitle of the journal (Roczniki Naukowe Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego).
