Publication Conditions
1. Authors pay no fees to have their articles published in The Yearbook (as a result, Science Library awarded the journal the Diamond open access [mark]).
2. The Yearbook is a periodical that publishes open access research content. All research articles published in the journal’s columns are fully open access: freely available to read, download, and share. Articles have been published (since the first issue of The Yearbook was released in 2015) under the terms of a CC license (see below), which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
3. The author who submits an article for publication in "Filologia Polska" agrees to a) its publication in accordance with the terms of Creative Commons / Attribution – Non Commercial – No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) and b) its storage in the Repository of the University of Zielona Góra (non-commercial repository, see also).
4. Copyrights (a). In principle, authors who are not employed by the University of Zielona Góra retain the copyright, including publishing rights to the articles, without restrictions.
5. Copyrights (b). In principle, authors who are employed by the University of Zielona Góra, do not retain the copyright, including publishing rights to the articles. In such cases the copyright holder is the University of Zielona Góra.
6. The Institute of Polish Philology and the Institute of German Philology of the University of Zielona Góra commission the publication of The Yearbook at The Publishing House of the University of Zielona Góra and cover all related costs, including review fees, fees for editing work, and printing.
7. Each article submitted for publication in the journal must obtain the full approval of The Yearbooks’ Editorial Board and Scientific Council, supported by at least two positive statements from reviewers (see for details). Articles should also meet the requirements of the publishing ethics, and their authors should collaborate with the editorial board according to the established schedule terms.
8. Submitting an article for publication in the Yearbook is tantamount to a declaration by the author(s) of its originality and authorship.
